With a new menu comes the excitement of delicious new cocktails! The menu has been created by our talented managers Steve and Francois who have used their years of expertise to create something tempting for everyone. Now organised by taste in our menus, finding a cocktail you like has never been easier.
Brighton is profound for its bars, we all love a drink, especially a cocktail, so the idea of a new menu was thrilling and something we were all looking forward to, especially the training! Training is essential for us as not only does it teach us the methods behind your favourite cocktails, but it gives us the opportunity to get a real taste for them. Our incredible bar staff are trained to the highest of standards, meaning that if you’re unsure about what kind of cocktail you’d enjoy, tell them your favourite drink and they’ll be able to create something to tickle your tastebuds!
So, what do we recommend? I’m most excited about the Rhubarb Sour! A tasty combination of Chase Rhubarb Vodka, egg whites, freshly squeezed lemon, Angostura bitters with a cherry on top! We also have Bourbon, Gin & Apricot and Passion Pisco Sours to offer, but the Rhubarb is the perfect blend of fruit which contrasts beautifully with the tartness of the lemon.
If alcohol isn’t your jam, we’ve also got a wide range of yummy mocktails which are also perfect for the kids parties we offer on a weekend! If you’re not a cocktail drinker, we also have a wide range of new beers, wine, shooters and premium spirits to quench your thirst whilst belting out those classics.
