This section is all about customers’ data who make bookings to our bars. If you are wondering how Lucky Voice are GDPR compliant with our online player, shop and app, click here.
Since 25th May 2018, the data protection legislation has been updated on how companies can use your data, giving you more control.
When you make a booking or enquiry with us, we ask for the following information:
– Name (to put the booking under)
– Email address (used to send you important information regarding your booking – this is separate from marketing communications)
– Phone number (used to contact you in case there are any changes to your booking)
– Payment details (to pay for the booking – we do not store your card details)
We store this information in our booking system, Collins (hosted by Designmynight). We will not share this information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Lucky Voice Newsletter
Our newsletter contains all the latest offers and events happening at our bars.
If you would like to receive our newsletter, then there are a couple of ways you can sign up:
When you make a booking, tick the “I am happy for Lucky Voice Karaoke Soho/Islington/Holborn/Brighton and venues associated with Lucky Voice Karaoke Soho/Islington/Holborn/Brighton to send me exclusive information and deals, from time to time.”
*Please note, venues associated with Lucky Voice Karaoke means one of our other Lucky Voice bars; your details will not be passed on to other bars. For example, if you book with Soho, the associated venues will be Lucky Voice Islington, Lucky Voice Holborn and Lucky Voice Brighton.
On our Blogs or Bars pages, you can enter your email address to sign up.
