In honour of World Cocktail Day on 13th May, we asked our Bar Managers at our Soho, Islington and Brighton venues for their top 5 list of our bestselling cocktails.
1. Solerno Negroni Bombay Sapphire Gin, Campari, Martini Rosso and Solerno
A classic negroni with a Lucky Voice twist! By far our bestselling cocktail across our three venues. Looks like our karaoke lovers are love mixing tradition with a touch of modern mixology!
2. Popcorn Old Fashioned Woodford Reserve bourbon, Angostura Bitters, Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur, popcorn syrup and brown sugar
Did we really add dark chocolate liqueur and a cinema snack with bourbon? You bet we did. Our Popcorn Old Fashioned has all the qualities of a well-loved classic but our Bar Managers didn’t think it was quite enough. After a few (ok, a lot) of different tastings later, voila! Those two ingredients were the answer. Popcorn Old Fashioned combines the everyday elegance of our daily lives with the age old components of this cult drink.
3. Rhubarb Sour Rhubarb Sour Chase Rhubarb Vodka, Angostura Bitters, egg white and lemon juice

4. Paloma El Jimador Reposado Tequila, passionfruit syrup, grapefruit soda and lime juice
If you add passionfruit with grapefruit and lime – does that technically count towards your 5-a-day? Go on, you know you want to say yes… This summery concoction is guaranteed to get your hips shaking, jazz hands waving and feet dancing along to your karaoke tunes!
5. We’re Jammin Courvoisier V.S. Cognac, Chase Marmalade Vodka, rose syrup, strawberry jam, cranberry juice and lime juice
You’ll be feeling pretty jammy about this one, that’s for sure! Is this a cognac? Is this a dessert? Well, it’s both! This sweet treat has just the right amount of kick to start your weekend off with a bang. So what are you waiting for?
