1) Kids circus party at the National Centre For Circus Arts
Available on Saturdays at the National Centre For Circus Arts in Shoreditch, a kids circus workshop party teaches youngsters fun skills like trapeze, tightrope walking and diabolo tricks. While it’s on the pricier side at £75 a head (minimum booking of 10 kids), each child gets professional tuition from one of the centre’s highly skilled circus instructors, and there really isn’t anything quite like watching your little one fly through the air on a trapeze a la The Greatest Showman.
2) Kids karaoke party at Lucky Voice
Along with being great fun, singing is also incredibly good for kids; it helps develop social skills, improves memory, boosts self-confidence, lowers stress levels and strengthens the immune system. Available on Saturdays and Sundays, a Lucky Voice kids party takes place in one of the karaoke brand’s signature private karaoke pods, giving youngsters the chance to sing, shout and let it all out in their own soundproofed domain.
And, as an added bonus, while the kids tire themselves out singing, parents can enjoy a couple of hours peace and quiet at the bar, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments available for purchase. Alternatively, cool mums and dads can grab a mic and join in the fun!
