This website https://www.luckyvoice.com is owned and operated by Lucky Voice Soho Limited (‘Lucky Voice’), a company incorporated in England whose registered address is 7 Poland Street, London, W1F 8PU. 

Lucky Voice is a trademark owned by Lucky Voice Group Limited.

Please take your time to carefully read the terms and conditions as it is important for the both of us that you understand our contractual relationship that relates to your use of our website, our application and the services we provide to you on our premises. 

By making a booking on our website, over the phone, by e-mail or in person when visiting our venues, you and everyone in your group agree to these terms and conditions. 

If you are booking on behalf of a client, it is your responsibility to ensure that the client and everyone in their party are informed and follow these terms. Lucky Voice is not held liable for any miscommunication between 3rd party bookers and those attending an event. Any issues will be referred back to the 3rd party booker to liaise with their client.

  1. Specific Terms relating to the use of Lucky Voice premises (Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Soho, Islington, Brighton and Holborn)

1. Booking terms and conditions:

a) Payment

  • We require 100% down payment of your total room cost when booking online or on the phone for Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Lucky Voice Holborn, Lucky Voice Soho and Saturdays at Lucky Voice Brighton. A 50% deposit option is available at Lucky Voice Islington and between Sunday and Friday at Lucky Voice Brighton.
  • For multiple room bookings, bookings with a duration longer than 2 hours, bookings with food & drinks pre-orders, bookings with packages, kids’ parties, cocktail masterclasses and brunches at all venues, we require 100% payment. 
  • 100% of your total room cost is also required when booking on the same day of your visit and during the Christmas period (the last two weeks of November and the entire month of December). 
  • Exclusive and semi-exclusive venue hire bookings require 50% deposit to secure the date with the balance due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
  • In the event of a reservation where complimentary room hire has been offered, a deposit of £5 per person will be required, with a minimum of £40 per booking. This deposit is redeemable against drinks purchased up to the value of the deposit but the leftover balance, if any, will not be returned.
  • Our venues are cashless – all payments made in advance or on the day of your visit can be done with a valid debit or credit card.

 

b) Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel, postpone or reduce your party size please contact us with as much notice as possible. We will confirm your cancellation and, if applicable, the appropriate refund due.

In the event of your cancellation or postponement of the booking the following cancellation terms will apply:

  • Bookings of up to 15 guests: you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before 72 hours of the booking date. If you give us less than 72 hours notice, Lucky Voice will retain the full deposit.
  • Bookings of 16 – 30 guests: you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before 14 days of the booking date. If you give us less than 14 days notice, Lucky Voice will retain the full deposit.
  • Bookings of 31 or more guests: you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before 30 days of the booking date. If you give us less than 30 days notice, Lucky Voice will retain the full deposit.
  • Semi-exclusive and exclusive hire bookings, regardless of the number of guests: you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before 90 days of the booking date. If you give us less than 90 days notice but more than 30 days, you will be required to pay a cancellation charge of 50% of the total contracted value of your booking; if you give us less than 30 days notice, you will be required to pay a cancellation charge of 100% of the total contracted value of your booking.
  • Brunch and cocktail masterclass bookings, regardless of the number of guests: you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before 14 days of the booking date. If you give us less than 14 days notice, Lucky Voice will retain the full deposit.
  • Bookings with food pre-orders: in addition to the above, the total value of food pre-orders may be retained by Lucky Voice  if  you cancel your booking and Lucky Voice has ordered or prepared your food. 
  • Considering individual circumstances, Lucky Voice will use its discretion to accept cancellations outside the window times listed above.
  • We prefer you to call us by telephone if you need to cancel; cancellation requests left at a voicemail box cannot be guaranteed. For bookings of 16+ people we will request that you put your cancellation in writing to our team by e-mail or via our booking system.
  • Postponement of a booking will be treated as a cancellation and you will still be liable for cancellation charges as set out above. Lucky Voice reserves the right to use its discretion to waive all or part of the cancellation charges to which we would otherwise be entitled. In the event that Lucky Voice accepts a postponement of a booking, this will happen once and the cancellation windows do not reset with a new booking date. Lucky Voice reserves the right to set a limit on the date a booking can be postponed until.
  • A reduction in the number of guests is treated as a cancellation, Lucky Voice accepts 10% of the number of guests as fair and acceptable amount and will use its discretion to waive any charges for those guests. If your booking is for less than 10 people, a reduction of one person is acceptable.
  • You will also be responsible for reimbursing Lucky Voice for any special items requested by you and paid for by us as of the date of cancellation or postponement (including but not limited to any penalty charges with external suppliers, entertainment, outsourced equipment and furniture hire)
  • Kindly note we cannot accept disruption to public transport, local road networks or weather conditions as grounds for cancellation under any circumstances. 
  • We shall not be liable for any delay or for the consequences of any delay in performing or failure to perform any of our obligations under any agreement with you if such delay is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, war, terrorism, industrial action, lock outs, strikes, accidents, fire, blockades, petrol shortages, severe weather or natural catastrophe).
  • In case you or a guest (or more) of your party is unable to attend your booking due to issues related to Covid-19, we will refund up to 10% of the number of guests on the booking. If the entire booking needs to be cancelled, Lucky Voice will follow current Government advice and use its discretion to offer a voucher for a future date or postponement to a future date. Please note your booking will remain ineligible for a full refund and Lucky Voice will retain the full amount paid towards your booking.

c) Room Capacities and Minimum Numbers

  • Each room has a maximum capacity which will be enforced. Extra guests will be permitted entry to the bar, if space allows. If you continually exceed the maximum amount of people allocated to your room, you may be asked to leave prior to your finishing time and charged in full for your room hire and drinks bill. 
  • Please note private karaoke rooms vary in size from 2 to 30 people depending on venue. We accommodate duets and trios from Sunday through to Wednesday. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays we ask that all bookings are for quartets as a minimum, due to the size of the rooms.
  • Lucky Voice karaoke rooms are booked for a specified head count and allocated according to capacity. If your party size decreases you will still need to pay for the number agreed upon when booking. Should your party size increase, a per person per hour cost will be added.
  • For a change in booking size, Lucky Voice will try their best to accommodate a room for you if you enquire in advance, however this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note this may mean a price increase will be enforced for any extra guests.

d) Prices

  • A standard karaoke booking in a private room is set at 2 hours. Prices are available on our website or by contacting Lucky Voice. Prices for other types of bookings including venue hire are available on request.
  • The price of one hour will be the rate at the start time of each individual hour. Should there be a crossover with peak and off peak times you will be charged one hour at the off peak rate and one hour at the peak rate.
  • Please note pre booked karaoke room prices differ from walk in karaoke room hire prices. 
  • On Bank Holiday Sundays we operate Saturday prices and peak times. 

e) Table bookings:

  • You can pre book a space or table in our bar area at Lucky Voice Liverpool Street, Holborn, Islington and Brighton only. 
  • We may require a deposit or minimum spend depending on the day and time of your booking, this is redeemable towards food and drinks on the day.
  • All table/ area bookings are a base for your party and include a mix of seated and standing space.

 

1.2) Additional Terms for Exclusive and Semi-Exclusive Hire Bookings:

a) Contract & Confirmation

  • Bookings of 30+ guests, Exclusive and Semi-Exclusive Hire (and other events deemed necessary by Lucky Voice) require a booking contract signed by both the client and Lucky Voice. 
  • Once the contract is signed and returned your booking will be held on first pencil, this means that your booking is provisionally held until your first payment is made. Once paid, your booking will be confirmed and your chosen time, date and space will be secured. 
  • If we do not receive a signed contract and payment in 7 days or by the agreed deadline, your booking date and time cannot be guaranteed.

b) Payment Schedule

  • We require a minimum of 50% deposit to confirm your event. 
  • If paying a deposit, final payments are due no later than 30 days prior to the booking date. 
  • Additional charges such as extra guests, bar tabs or entertainment must be paid in full in advance of the booking date.
  • Where a booking has a referral fee (commission) from a third party, this will be paid on the net contracted value of the booking after the event has taken place and all final event payments have been received by us, unless agreed otherwise in writing by Lucky Voice. 
  • Payment of referral fees (commission) will include the total amount for karaoke or venue hire, food, drinks and packages. No payment will be made on service charge, AV, entertainment or other outsourced services.

c) Hire Charges & Minimum Spends

  • The contracted amount must be paid for in total, including venue hire fee and minimum food & drinks spend, where applicable. 
  • Hire fees cannot be converted to minimum spends or bar tabs. Where a booking has a minimum spend and it is not met on the date of the event, it cannot be exchanged for food or drinks to take off the premises or used as credit for a future event.
  • Additional food and drinks can be ordered on the date of the event, subject to availability, and must be paid on the same date. No credit facilities are available.

d) Final details of the event:

  • Food & drinks orders, dietary requirements, event schedule, final numbers and final payment must be provided no later than 30 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed by your salesperson.
  • The agreed minimum number of food covers will be the minimum you will be charged and is not transferable. If the number of food covers exceeds the agreed minimum number of food covers, notice must be given to the salesperson for which you will be charged for. 
  • Lucky Voice is unable to guarantee any changes on event details made after 30 days prior to the event.
  • Where items of the menu are not available with our suppliers, Lucky Voice will suggest an alternative of the same or superior quality or a refund of any payments made.

e) Filming & Photoshoot bookings:

  • The Main entrance to the venue must be kept both shut and locked at all times when unattended.
  • Any furniture that is moved must be done so in an orderly and considerate manner. Lucky Voice recommends bringing a digital camera to take a picture of the area, where furniture may be moved in order to replace it at its original position.
  • Any furniture stacked upon the banquet seating should be done with the feet pointing up to the ceiling (not down – with feet pointing into the seating)
  • All Fire exits must remain clear at all times
  • All areas should be left in the condition that they were found with all rubbish being disposed of in the bins provided.
  • No one is allowed to go behind the bar due to stock control issues without express authorisation of the manager on duty.
  • All equipment must be packed away and ready to leave the venue by the finish time stated on your contract.
  • Any booking which runs over the stated contract time will be charged per each newly commenced hour at the rate of the lost revenue for that period, including compensation of existing bookings.
  • Removal of equipment from the premises, once the venue is open to the public, will be at the discretion of the manager on duty.
  • The use of the Lucky Voice brand and logo must be approved by us prior to filming.
  • Lucky Voice reserves the right to object to any subject that is being interviewed or photographed as part of the agreement. Please inform us in advance of the nature of the shoot.  
  • Venue staff have access to all areas of the building during the booking period although they will endeavour to cause minimal disruption.
  • In the event of the production team requiring to switch power to fridges off, authorisation needs to be obtained prior to the date. It is their responsibility to switch them back on in-between shoots to avoid stock not remaining chilled / cooled. This is highly not recommended by Health & Safety regulations to have any fridge switch off more than 2 hours. All food staying in a refrigerator switched off for more than 2 hours would have to be discarded due to potential contamination and replaced at the production team cost.
  • The use of haze or smoke will activate the smoke detectors and is advised against. An engineer can be booked to be on call to manually deactivate the equipment on each occasion it switches on, at the production team cost.
  • The production company agrees to supply the venue with a copy of the final edited programme / photographs, for their portfolio.
  • Any prop alcohol or glassware may be used at the discretion of the manager on duty or their on site representative only. Should any bottles be opened they need to be paid at the menu price and are subject to a 12.5% service charge, but may not be consumed on the premises while the venue is closed to the public.

 

1.3) House Rules

a) Before your arrival/ During Your Visit

  • Your booked arrival time is the time from which you are charged. Please arrive early to make sure you get the full amount of time you have paid for. You can loosen your vocal cords with some drinks in our bar if you wish beforehand. 
  • We do try to allow a grace period of 5 – 10 minutes between karaoke rooms, however please note this may be slightly longer due to deep cleans. 
  • We operate a smart casual dress code. Sportswear is not permitted in any of our venues. Shoes must be worn at all times within the venue, whether in the rooms or at the bar
  • On arrival, we will ask for one member of the group’s valid credit or debit card which will be kept safe at reception to ensure payment is taken at the end of your sing when your drinks bill arrives, or to cover any damages that occur to the karaoke equipment or Lucky Voice furnishings during your visit. Please note, it is your responsibility to collect your card from us.
  • We reserve the right to resell your room if you fail to show up after 30 minutes past the starting time of your booked session, and may forfeit the paid deposit without refund. If you think you are going to be late please call the venue to advise, do not e-mail or leave a voicemail as this will not be actioned promptly.
  • You will be expected to leave your room after your booking time slot has ended, however the bar remains open and you will be able to make use of this afterwards. 

b) Age Restrictions Policy/ Licence 

  • Guests must be of a minimum age to gain entry to Lucky Voice premises. We accept photo IDs in the form of passports, full UK driving licence or ID cards. Bookings with guests under the legal age for each Lucky Voice venue will be denied entry and any payments made are non-refundable.
  • Lucky Voice Soho: We do not permit anyone under the age of 21 into the venue. Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Islington, Lucky Voice Holborn and Lucky Voice Brighton: We do not permit anyone under the age of 18 into the venue. 
  • Exceptions are made for children’s parties at specific times and when arranged in advance; please see below for more details.
  • Lucky Voice reserves the right to deny entry  to any of our bars, or serve alcohol to anyone deemed to be intoxicated. Any payments made for karaoke room hire are non-refundable on this basis. 
  • Please note, last entry to our Soho venue (including the bar area) is 1am, so you will be able to enjoy drinks at the bar if your sing finishes before this time.
  • At Lucky Voice Liverpool Street, the sale of alcohol is licensed until 2am. If your booking takes place until 2.30am, you can purchase alcohol up to 2am and consume it until 2.30am. No sale of alcohol can take place after 2am.

c) As a company, we exercise our duty of care to keep our staff safe whilst at work. We have a zero tolerance attitude towards any incident in which an employee is abused, harassed, threatened or assaulted, either in person or online, and will take legal action if necessary. This includes:

  • Use of force that results in physical injury or personal discomfort
  • Serious or persistent use of verbal abuse
  • Staff who are assaulted or abused outside their place of work
  • Threatening behaviour that targets staff members on any social media platforms or digital sites

Staff should always be treated courteously and with respect for the work they are doing. They should not be subject to abusive behaviour in any form, which includes:

  • rude, disrespectful and offensive behaviour, including derogatory remarks and disruptive acts amounting to verbal and emotional abuse,
  • sexually inappropriate comments and behaviour
  • racist and discriminatory abuse
  • threats of physical violence
  • aggressive and violent behaviour

d) Lucky Voice Liverpool Street, Soho, Lucky Voice Holborn and Lucky Voice Islington: We have a minimum drinks spend of £10 per person after 8pm on Friday and Saturday nights, which is applicable to all room bookings and based on the capacity of the room booked (with the exception of children’s parties  – please see below for more details).  During our Christmas period (the last two weeks of November and the entire month of December) after 6pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays we have a minimum drinks spend of £20 per person at Liverpool Street, Soho & Holborn and £15 per person at Islington. Please note that this may increase for bookings longer than 2 hours. 

Lucky Voice Brighton: There is no minimum drinks spend. 

e) Please note under no circumstances will customers be permitted to bring their own food, alcohol or soft drinks into any Lucky Voice venues. If you are found with any food, alcohol or soft drinks on you, security has the right to confiscate these items. If you are gifting alcohol as part of a birthday present we will keep the gift stored for you until your departure. An exception can be made for a birthday cake, with written authorisation from the venue management or sales person. Please note that Lucky Voice cannot be held responsible for any valuables stored in the venues. 

f) A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill. For exclusive and semi-exclusive hire bookings, service charge is payable prior to the booking date and can be refunded if service is deemed unsatisfactory following the event.

g) Any photos or videos taken on Lucky Voice premises will be owned by Lucky Voice, used for their own promotional purposes. Please email hello@luckyvoice.com for more information. 

h) We have photographers at Lucky Voice every Saturday from a third party agency, Licklist. These photos are uploaded to Facebook. Any photos taken on Lucky Voice premises belong to Lucky Voice and may be used in promotional materials. For any photo removal requests please email hello@luckyvoice.com.

i) As the lead booker, you will be liable for any damage made to the equipment(s) in Lucky Voice, and required to pay for the repair or replacement in full on the night, prior to leaving the premises. This can include microphones valued at £450 each, touchscreens valued at £400, speakers (wall or ceiling bracket) valued at £200 or broken speakers valued at £600, and any marks made on the seating by high heels up to the value of £50. Please note TVs are valued depending on venue and pod size – see all prices here.  You may also incur a charge if extra cleaning is required in the private pod or bar area following your booking, either caused by you or anyone in your group.

j) All guests must act responsibly during their visit. Lucky Voice reserves the right to refuse entry or service to, or to remove, any guest whose behaviour puts at risk the enjoyment and safety of other guests or staff. Any guest causing damage to our karaoke rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, equipment or other such property will be required to pay for the costs of the damage. If Lucky Voice is unable to recover such payment from a guest, the customer who made the booking will be held responsible for it.

k) Please note that we do not have wheelchair access at Lucky Voice Soho and Lucky Voice Holborn. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We do however have wheelchair access at Lucky Voice Islington and Lucky Voice Brighton.

l) Lucky Voice is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, damaged or left unattended within our venues. This includes any e-cigarettes or mobile phones left at charging points anywhere within our venues. 

m) We do not allow strippers in the venues (bar or private karaoke rooms) under any circumstances.

n) Availability & Closures

  • Our opening hours are stated on each individual venue page on our website, however please note that under some circumstances the management reserves the right to close the venue prior to these times without warning. If the venue needs to shut prior to the set closing times and any paid bookings are in place, the lead booker will be contacted immediately and either offered a full refund, a move to another Lucky Voice venue or a change of date of their choice.
  • Bank Holiday Sunday hours may vary, please check our website or contact our team.

 

1.4 Offers and Promotions Terms & Conditions

  • Promotion offers are only valid for new bookings and cannot be added to an existing booking. A customer is not entitled to cancel an existing booking to re-book using a promotion or offer. 
  • Only one promotion can be used at a time, other promotions and offers cannot be clubbed together and used in conjunction.
  • Promotions offering free or discounted room hire are exclusive of the cost of drinks or food.
  • All promotions and offers are only valid on 2 hour bookings (excluding the "Karaoke Marathon" in January 2024 which is valid for 4 hours).
  • Personal identification or proof of address must be given at the time of the booking and shown at the venue on the night to qualify for each promotion.
  • All offers are subject to availability. 

a) Golden Ticket

  • Ticket holders are entitled to two hours complimentary private karaoke room hire for themselves and the stated number of guests on Sunday – Wednesday. 
  • A pre authorisation of £5 per person will be held on the lead bookers card, but will only be charged if the party fails to abide by the booking terms. 
  • Golden tickets are not valid during the Christmas period (the last two weeks of November and the entire month of December).
  • Golden Tickets must be used before the expiry date given and cannot be extended.

b) Worthy Workers:

  • The booker must state that they would like to use the WORTHY WORKERS offer when booking.
  • To qualify, at least 1 member of the booking must show a proof of workplace from the public service sector.  
  • Offer is valid on Sunday and Monday at Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Soho, Holborn, Islington and Brighton. 
  • During our Christmas period (the last two weeks of November and the entire month of December) the Worthy Workers offer will be valid on Mondays only at all venues.
  • All venues require a £10 per person deposit which is redeemable against food and/or drink on the night. There is a minimum spend of £40 regardless of group size.
  • The maximum number of guests allowed for this offer is the capacity of the largest private room in the venue; multiple room bookings are permitted at Lucky Voice’s discretion.
  • The deposit is redeemable against drinks purchased up to the value of the deposit but the leftover balance, if any, will not be returned .
  • The offer will be valid for a maximum of 2 hours, any additional hours after that will have to be paid at full price.
  • Last booking will be valid at 5pm for 2 hours on a Bank Holiday Sunday.
  • Please note this offer is not valid on Tuesday 31st Dec 2024.

c) Singdustry:

  • The booker must state they would like to use the SINGDUSTRY offer when booking.
  • To qualify, at least 1 member of the booking must show a proof of workplace from the hospitality sector.  
  • Offer is valid on Sunday to Tuesday at Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Soho, Holborn, Islington and Brighton. 
  • During our Christmas period (the last two weeks of November and the entire month of December) the Singdustry offer will be valid on Mondays only at all venues.
  • All venues require a £10 per person deposit which is redeemable against food and/or drink on the night. There is a minimum spend of £40 regardless of group size.
  • Maximum number of guests is the capacity of the largest pod in the venue; multiple room bookings are permitted at Lucky Voice’s discretion.
  • The deposit but the leftover balance, if any, will not be returned .
  • The offer will be valid for a maximum of 2 hours, any additional hours after that will have to be paid at full price.
  • Last booking will be valid at 5pm for 2 hours on a Bank Holiday Sunday.
  • Please note this offer is not valid on Tuesday 31st Dec 2024.

d) Student Night:

  • The booker must state they would like to use the STUDENT NIGHT offer when booking to qualify. Student ID must be shown on arrival.
  • Offer is valid on Wednesdays at Lucky Voice Brighton and on Mondays at Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Islington and Holborn 
  • Brighton: free karaoke room hire plus 25% off food and drinks. We require a £5 per person deposit which is redeemable against food and/or drink on the night. There is a minimum of £40 regardless of group size
  • Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Holborn & Islington 50% off karaoke room hire, food and drinks. We require the full room hire amount to be paid as a deposit.
  • Offer is only valid for new bookings and not existing bookings. Existing bookings cannot be cancelled and rebooked for this offer.
  • The offer is not valid during our Christmas period (the last two weeks of November and the entire month of December).

e) Neighbours Night:

  • The booker must state he would like to use the NEIGHBOURS NIGHT offer when making the booking and payment for room hire must also be made at this point.
  • This offer is only valid on Wednesdays at Lucky Voice Soho and Islington and on Tuesdays at Lucky Voice Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Holborn and Brighton.
  • The offer of 50% off room hire applies to the first 2 hours of room hire only. Customers wanting to stay longer will have to pay the full room hire price as advertised.
  • A minimum of 2 hours must be booked in order to claim the 50% discount.
  • Proof of postcode is required on arrival, for Lucky Voice Waterloo a SE1 postcode, Liverpool Street a EC2 or E1 postcode, Soho a W1 postcode, for Lucky Voice Islington an N1-N19 postcode, for Lucky Voice Holborn a WC or EC postcode and for Lucky Voice Brighton a BN postcode will be valid only.
  • The offer is not valid during our Christmas period (the last two weeks of November and the entire month of December).
  • This offer is subject to availability.

f) Kids Parties:

  • This offer is valid at Waterloo, Liverpool Street, Soho, Islington, Holborn and Brighton venues. Dates and times are subject to availability.
  • Please note this offer is not valid on Tuesday 31st Dec 2024.
  • All guests under 18 years of age are classified as children for licensing purposes.
  • Children must be aged 11 or over, however for younger parties please contact us and we will check the availability of a specific venue at the discretion of management.
  • Minimum booking will be of 4 children. Maximum number of children is the capacity of the largest pod in the venue; multiple room bookings are permitted at Lucky Voice’s discretion.
  • 1 adult must be present at the venue for each 4 children.

g) 2-4-1 menu

  • Valid at Lucky Voice Islington and Lucky Voice Brighton only on selected cocktails, beer and wine
  • Lucky Voice Islington – valid until 8pm Sunday to Friday before 8pm
  • Lucky Voice Brighton – valid until 8pm Monday to Friday and 4-6PM Sundays
  • The offer is not valid during our Christmas period (the last two weeks of November and the entire month of December) or on bank holiday Sundays. 

h) Drinks packages

  • Must be booked in advance and cannot be ordered during a sing.
  • All guests must have the same package. Limited to one type of package per booking.
  • Must be paid in full before your visit.
  • A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to all packages which is due with the full payment.

  • The Lucky Voice Loyalty App can be downloaded for free via the Apple Store or Google Play.
  • Virtual stamps must be collected by a member of staff on the day of your visit after your private karaoke session. Customers are only entitled to a stamp after visiting for a karaoke booking (not bar only customers).
  • On your 4th visit you will recieve 50% off room hire Sun-Fri which can be redeemed at any Lucky Voice venue by emailing hello@luckyvoice.com and sending a screenshot of your loyalty app stamps. The discount can also be redeemed for walk in customers (subject to availbility) by showing a member of staff your loyalty app stamp card.
  • Please note, 50% off room hire cannot be redeemed during the Christmas period (the last two weeks of November and the entire month of December).

  1. Voucher Terms

When you purchase or redeem a gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

a) Gift vouchers are redeemable only by the bearer and cannot be redeemed on someone else’s behalf.

b) Lucky Voice cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

c) Gift vouchers are valid for one year from their date of purchase,  after which, they will automatically expire. Please note, this excludes any bookings for brunch over our Christmas period (24th November – 24th December).

d) Gift vouchers must be redeemed once and in one single visit to Lucky Voice. They cannot be spread out across multiple visits.

e) Lucky Voice brunch vouchers can only be redeemed at the Lucky Voice brunch outside the Christmas period for the specific venue mentioned and cannot be used at another venue’s brunch or for another event.

f) Gift vouchers do not carry any monetary value and cannot be exchanged for food, drink or private karaoke room hire.

The material displayed on our website and application is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

How we use your data

When you book with us, either online, via phone or by visiting one of our bars, we use your personal data (name, email address, contact number) for the purposes of fulfilling the booking. The booking and your information associated with the booking is stored on our booking system Collins, which is created by DesignMyNight. Neither we nor DesignMyNight will use your data for any purposes other than to create the booking. We (Lucky Voice) may contact you regarding any changes and/or important information regarding your booking if necessary, with the purpose of keeping you fully informed.

We will not contact you with marketing emails unless you opt-in and consent to us in doing so. You can do this by ticking the ‘I would like to hear more’ when you make a booking. You are free to unsubscribe at any time. You can do this by either clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ button on the email or by writing to us at hello@luckyvoice.com.

  1. Terms relating to website and application use

The following terms apply to your general use of our website and application:

  • is not in keeping with that reasonably expected of a Lucky Voice customer,
  • is used for commercial use without a commercial subscription (on Lucky Voice Karaoke) and/or
  • does not comply with these Terms and Conditions (including the Acceptable Use Policy),

we reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to reduce, suspend or terminate your service.

Your use of our site means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this acceptable use policy, which supplement our terms of website use.

luckyvoice.com and all associated subdomains is a site operated by Lucky Voice Soho Limited (we or us). We are registered in England and Wales.

Prohibited uses

You may use our site only for lawful purposes.

a) You may not use our site:

  • For commercial purposes without the appropriate commercial subscription.
  • In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
  • In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

Absolute honesty and transparency. These are two things we fully commit to in running the Lucky Voice business and communicating with our customers.

We strive to be ethical marketers. Most importantly, this means making sure our marketing campaigns clearly and adequately depict the Lucky Voice bar experience, showing the value and fun it represents without exaggerating our product or misleading our customers.

We commit to honest content creation, producing videos, photos, digital designs and blogs that aim to showcase the Lucky Voice experience in a true way that aligns with our positioning as  ‘the place to let go’. In all campaign creative we commit to cultural sensitivity ensuring we are inclusive of all races, genders, sexualities, and walks of life.

Alongside honest representation, ethical marketing means being upfront in all aspects of communication. We ensure that all information (booking terms, costs, offers, events, menu ingredients and sourcing) is clearly accessible from every touchpoint – be it our website, printed materials, booking forms, or partnerships.

Our email marketing is permission-based, meaning any newsletters or e-shots will only be received by customers who have chosen to opt in to communications.  This can be done by either checking this box during a booking or guest WIFI login process, signing up via our newsletter section on the blog page of our website, or requesting to be added to the database by a member of the Lucky Voice team. Prioritising customer satisfaction is important to us, so we look to stimulate an engaged audience. Should a customer decide they no longer wish to receive marketing communications, we make the unsubscribe process easy and clear – simply clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of our emails, or by emailing us at hello@luckvyoice.com or giving us a ring on  020 7439 3660 and requesting this directly with a member of the team). 

We also commit to being GDPR compliant – no email or related data will ever be shared publicly or passed on to third parties. Anyone who opts out of email marketing is added straight to a suppression list meaning they cannot be contacted again. For full information on GDPR please click here. 

Similarly, we value ethical SEO and social media growth and do not purchase links, followers or likes. We believe communities should be built organically via content marketing,  partnerships and targeted ads to both current and potential customers. Here at Lucky Voice we pride ourselves on giving our customers their best night out – and that’s why we take all feedback very seriously. We continue to outperform our competitor set when it comes to delivering outstanding service and experiences –  our Net Promoter Score exceeds the average NPS for the hospitality industry (53 – according to Forbes). Lucky Voice Dubai

  • All of the pods are based on a charge of 84 AED/ per person for a 2-hours duration and 53 AED/ per person for 1-hour duration for Friday & Saturday (a minimum of 6 people is required). 63 AED/ per person for 2-hours duration and 42 AED/ per person for 1-hour duration every Sunday to Thursday.
